SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped by USPS/UPS on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. Signature upon delivery required, no exceptions.

For the speediest service, submit our overnight order Monday-Friday by 11AM EST.  Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday before 11AM EST will arrive on Monday. Overnight orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-8 business days.
If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses.

Peper Apparel & Parlor Shoes is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Please note that customers delivering to the United Kingdom WILL BE responsible in paying the Customs Duty in order to receive your shipment. Peper & Parlor will not be responsible in paying this fee.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Peper Apparel & Parlor Shoes online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.

Sale merchandise, lingerie, hosiery, swimwear and jewelry are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

All merchandise returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original price tags attached.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs as return shipping is the customers responsibility.

We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 5 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.

In the case of merchandise not being available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.

We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

We reserve the right to deny credits/refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Returns and Exchanges Procedure
Before sending out your return/exchange package, please email us letting us know you need a Return Authorization. Please put in the subject of your email: "Return Request". Your Return Authorization number (RA#) will be emailed to you once we process your request; please allow up to 72 hours for processing. All requests for RA numbers must be made online. No RA numbers are available via telephone, fax, or mail.

Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.

Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your RA# very visibly on the outside of the package.

Returns will not be accepted without an RA# from Peper Apparel & Parlor Shoes.
